The Calar Alto lunar occultation program: update and new results We present an update of the lunar occultation program which is routinelycarried out in the near-IR at the Calar Alto Observatory. A total of 350events were recorded since our last report (Fors et al. 2004, A&A,419, 285). In the course of eight runs we have observed, among others,late-type giants, T-Tauri stars, and infrared sources. Noteworthy was apassage of the Moon close to the galactic center, which produced a largenumber of events during just a few hours in July 2004. Results includethe determinations of the angular diameter of RZ Ari,and the projected separations and brightness ratios for one triple and13 binary stars, almost all of which representing first time detections.Projected separations range from 0farcs09 to 0farcs007. We provide aquantitative analysis of the performance achieved in our observations interms of angular resolution and sensitivity, which reach about 0farcs003and K ≈8.5 mag, respectively. We also present a statisticaldiscussion of our sample, and in particular of the frequency ofdetection of binaries among field stars.
| Measurements of binary stars obtained at Pic-du-Midi and at Nice A total of 112 visual measurements of 82 close binaries observed with 2mtelescope at Pic-du-Midi are presented. In addition, 344 measurements of163 close binaries were observed with the 74-cm and 50-cm refractors atNice. All measurements were made by a micrometer with illuminated wires.
| Measurements of visual double stars made at PIC DU Midi and at Nice Fifty visual measures of 37 very close binaries observed with the 2-mtelescope at Pic du Midi are presented together with 601 measures of 245close binaries observed with the 74-cm and 50-cm refractors at Nice. Allmeasurements were made by micrometer with illuminated wires. With the2-m telescope, binaries as close as 0.07 arcsec are separated, usingmagnifying powers from 2500 to 5000.
| Common proper motion stars in the AGK 3 A search was made of common-proper-motion (CPM) systems among AGK 3stars. The selection of physical systems was based upon the ratiobetween the angular separation (rho) and the proper motion (mu); the CPMstars found are presented in two tables. Table I lists systems withrho/mu less than 1000 years. It contains 326 entries, and the proportionof optical pairs is estimated to be 1 percent. Table II lists systemswith rho/mu in the range 1000 to 3500 years; it contains 113 systems, but only 60 percent of them are physical. Nevertheless, these systemsoften have separations larger than 10,000 AU and are the mostinteresting for the study of the tail of the distribution function ofthe semimajor axes.

| Measurements of binary stars made at Nice Results are presented for 753 measurements of 267 binary stars that weremade with the 50- and 74-cm refractors at Nice Observatory. Coordinatesfor the equinox of 1950 are provided, along with apparent magnitudes, spectral types, and probable periods. It is noted that three-quarters ofthese systems are recently discovered close binaries.
